A taste for adventure is a common trait in the Neill family, so it is no surprise that at the beginning of the century Frederick Neill traveled across Asia in search of exotic flavors. During this journey he discovered lemongrass, a very common local ingredient, and fell in love with its citrus notes. He then used it to create a gin with exotic herbs and spices.
