The classic production area of Verdicchio are the vineyards located on the hills at an average altitude between 200 and 350 m. its vinification occurs through soft pressing, static decantation, fermentation at a controlled temperature, with a short stop on the fine fermentation lees and subsequent maturation in barrels. It has a straw yellow color with vivid greenish reflections, typical of the vine, the nose is complex and persistent, with citrus scents with bitter notes. In the mouth pleasant fresh sensation of acids and mineral salts.
