The name Tovel comes from the glacial lake in the heart of the Brenta National Park, near which the Valentini Distillery is located. Tovel's Gin is bright, transparent, like the spring water from which it is distilled and which gives it a strong minerality in the flavor. On the palate it is enveloping due to the presence of glycerin and the taste is balsamic and very aromatic with hints of licorice.
