Dorigati Brothers

The F.lli Dorigati winery has been working in Mezzocorona, a village in Trentino, as wine growers and winemakers for five generations. The company was founded in 1858. They have always taken care of their vineyards and conveyed their passion and bond with this splendid Trentino land to their wine. From father to son they have passed down their dedication to viticulture and oenology, with respect for the land and love for the territory. The vineyards are located in the Piana Rotaliana, a cone with prized soil characteristics, ideal for growing vines. Over the centuries, the floods of the Noce torrent created soils with a good silty fraction, rich in minerals and excellent drainage capacity due to the presence of pebbles. It is in this strip of land that the Teroldego Rotaliano Doc is found, the main native Trentino vine. The ideal climatic conditions together with a wise management of the Trentino pergola cultivation, allow the maturation of high quality grapes and the production of great wines. For the Dorigati, care and attention for the land are essential, because the quality of a wine is born in the vineyard, in full respect of natural times. They also seek balance: between the plants and the land, between the wine and man.
