A complex, well-structured and dry gin, with hints of juniper, licorice and ginger, followed by delicate citrus notes. Elegant, refined and decisive. Excellent accompanied with tonic or ginger beer but spectacular if enjoyed neat or, even better, with an ice cube. To best enhance its qualities it is recommended to serve it with licorice.
