Negroamaro S. Pietro Vernotico Igt 2018 - Sampietrana

From Negroamaro grapes from vineyards over 50 years old, trained as saplings, we obtain a wine with an intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections, a scent of small red berry jams, hints of vanilla and slightly spicy notes. An elegant, soft and full taste, sweet and pleasant tannins. It pairs with mature cheeses, grilled meats, game and spicy dishes.

Sampietrana

The winery was born from the initiative of a group of direct winemakers, sharecroppers, tenant farmers and owners, united by a common desire: to transform the grapes grown in the vineyards into their own, placing the wine produced in the area on the market. The production is cared for in every detail: from the harvest of the grapes, mostly done by hand with careful selection and in the early hours of the morning, to the rapid transfer to the winery and careful fermentation at a controlled temperature, following strict processing and selection protocols.
