This gin is a fusion of a classic Irish gin and Iberian flavours. Mìl, the man depicted on the bottle, is a mythical Spanish warrior whose descendants, called Milesians or Milaures, came to Ireland and took control of the island, colonising it and populating it with their descendants. The flavour is fresh and persistent, with notes of juniper, herbaceous notes and a citrus finish.
