Le Rose has adopted and brought this plot back into production and from its Cabernet Sauvignon and Cesanese grapes has created the Tre Armi red, a rich but simple wine, with fruity and spicy hints that recall the scents of the land of origin. A sincere wine, which contains all the typical scents of the earth, perfect for a good grilled meat in the open air. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in cement vats, the aging in wood and stainless steel. It presents an intense ruby red, with hints of ripe red fruit and tobacco. The fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose return in the mouth, the acidity and flavor are well balanced. Long persistence. Try it with roast turkey or with the typical "tripe Roman style". Also excellent paired with fried farmyard and artichokes.
Le Rose Farm
The Le Rose Farm was born from a strong and shared passion for the products of the land and from a plot of land purchased in 2003 in the Velletri countryside. In this small estate facing the sea, located among the hills of the Castelli Romani, thanks to the guidance of a courageous winemaker like Luca D'Attoma, we have identified, between tradition, the geological past of our lands and the search for quality, vines that could enrich and renew those already present in our area. To create delicate but rich wines, recognizable but not aggressive, we have added to Malvasia Puntinata and Verdicchio, well known in our areas, Fiano, already present in the past and typical of volcanic areas, Petit and Gros Manseng, used for late harvest, and Cesanese. We believe in the search for quality at all costs as a tool for relaunching the Lazio region, which is why we work to create good, healthy and sustainable products that can best represent the forgotten potential of our territory.
