Laeneo Nerello Cappuccio DOC 2017 - Tenuta Di Fessina

The vine is located in Biancavilla, at 900 m above sea level, is harvested in October, undergoes cold pre-maceration for 72 hours and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. It is refined in the bottle for 1 year. Ruby red in color with hints of mauve, the nose stands out with notes of iron, incense, pepper, cinnamon and carob. On the palate hints of wild blackberry, ripe black cherry and plum, savory and spicy with notes of black pepper.
