Kimerud Gin owes its taste to the cold climate of Norway, which slows the growth of the botanicals. These were selected from those used by the Vikings as food or medicine between 800 and 1050 AD. Since the Vikings needed their strength for sea voyages, Kimerud Gin is strong, but so well balanced that it is delicate and fresh on the palate, with a long finish.
