Infusion of wild Sardinian juniper berries for 30 days in cereal alcohol. Subsequent slow artisanal distillation with discontinuous method for about 10 hours, using a steam boiler and copper still. It is the maximum expression of Gin: oily, persistent, delicate and soft. In it we can identify the strength of Sardinia's nature.
