Piccolo Gin Blu is distilled using a discontinuous still following a recipe from 1921. A calibrated fermentation of cereals, natural botanicals and juniper are the ingredients for the creation of our Gin. The slow distillation allows for optimal extraction of aromas. The taste is dominated by the balsamic note of juniper and botanicals that soften its boldness. The scent of toasted cereals is always present and embraces fragrances of wood and licorice.
