Fre Jerbis Gin was born from his passion for medicinal plants and his idea was to start from Italian botanical extracts to develop a Mediterranean gin, inspired by the monks who added natural extracts to alcohol to preserve its active ingredients. Juniper predominates on the nose, while the hints of alcohol are almost not perceived. On the palate it is delicate, with herbaceous, citrus and spicy notes; no aroma overwhelms the other, but they unite in a symphony.
