Finish with a light note of toasted almond and a pleasantly savoury aftertaste. Non-vintage Brut composed of 2 vintages, sugar dosage reduced to just 4 g/l to safeguard the character of the wine and the area of origin. The grapes are subjected to a soft pressing in order to obtain the separation of only the flower must that ferments in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 15 °C; here the sparkling base obtained ages for 6-7 months. Bosio

Located in Corte Franca, a few kilometers from Lake Iseo, the company extends over a total area of thirty hectares, entirely included in the important wine-growing area "Franciacorta DOCG". The primary objective of the Bosio Agricultural Company is the production of quality wines with the utmost respect for the environment. The vineyards currently in production occupy a surface area of twenty hectares and have a hilly position and variable exposure. The interpretation of these factors (soil, exposure, climate) in the choice of different vines allows for a diversified and quality production. In order to obtain a high-quality product, the Bosio Company has paid attention to the use of particular agronomic techniques, opting for an espalier system with high density, equal to 6,300 plants/hectare and with low production per vine, an essential compromise for producing quality grapes and therefore an excellent wine.
