The idea of ​​creating a gin inspired by Africa, Elephant Gin, was born thinking about the drinks that are traditionally drunk at sunset after a day in the South African forest, which are often Gin Tonics. In London Dry, blackthorn berries are macerated to create this Sloe Gin version, decidedly drier than the classic sloe and which combines the notes of London Dry (especially spicy notes) with the slightly sweet notes of blackthorn berries.
