Description : The DHEA hope dry gin project was born in Olbia, from Alessandro Ruda's passion for gin and homebrewing, and above all from the ambitious idea of ​​combining them in a single product. Dhea is a distilled gin that combines Sardinian botanicals of common and coccolone juniper, pompia - a rare citrus fruit endemic to Siniscola and the entire Baronia - with the particularity of New Zealand hops. The secret of Dhea is contained within its name, a brewing acronym that means Dry Hopping in Alcoholic Extraction. A unique blend obtained from the distillation of juniper berries, combined with the fragrance of citrus fruits, which give notes of freshness, all enhanced by New Zealand hops which, used in alcoholic extraction (and not in boiling) transfer the fragrances of the essential oils contained within them to the product, characterizing it with herbaceous notes. The elegant aroma of hops, reminiscent of traditional IPAs (India Pale Ales), cradles the drink neat and is enhanced when mixed, giving a pleasantly dry finish.

The label, hand-drawn by a young artist from Olbia, is inspired by an enchanting shot by Andrea Ganu, who immortalizes in all its majesty a fascinating and solitary juniper from the Supramonte of Oliena, renamed "La Signora del Monte Corrasi", to which the wind and time have given distinctly feminine features. In the label, the vigor of the "Lady", a symbol of audacity and eternity, is associated with the hops that she brings back in her hair, like an ancient divinity inebriated by the breath of the island of Sardinia.
