Capjari Premium Double Distilled Gin is produced with a selection of 11 botanicals that are almost entirely Italian. These include juniper, which is distilled individually, Tuscan iris, Java long pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, licorice, citrus peel, cloves and other spices. The distillation takes place in a copper still to ensure optimal extraction of aromas. The result is a transparent and brilliant gin with a soft, balanced and excellently clear aromatic profile.
