Orsolani
Since 1894, four generations of the Orsolani family have succeeded one another. A history of almost 120 years that can be summed up in four words: seriousness, respect, work and territory. The Canavese is a hilly territory, created in the glacial era and composed of hills with gentle profiles (moraines) whose soil is made up of the surface crust of the mountains of the Aosta Valley that came down with the ice to there. The vine that best represents the territory is Erbaluce, a grape of Greek origin that has found a particular expressiveness in the area. Since 2009, worldwide protection has been recognized for the name Erbaluce di Caluso, making it equivalent to a geographical name.
