Aligoté by Louis Latour is a fresh, smooth and delicate white wine from Burgundy, vinified and aged in steel. On the nose, fruity aromas of apple, almonds and white flowers emerge while on the palate it reveals energy and dynamism, with balanced and expressive aromatic mineral trails.

A winery that has focused on family and independence to create its authentic wines. Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour has always focused on its independence and family management. It is now run by the seventh Louis Latour, who represents the eleventh generation since his founding ancestor. The winemaking techniques have remained very simple and traditional. Even today, the wines are produced in the historic Corton Grancey winery located in the middle of the Corton Grands Cru vineyards. This historic building dates back to 1834 and represents the first winery designed and built in France. There is also a technical center equipped with the most modern infrastructure, in addition to this the style has never changed. The red wines are always delicate, elegant, distinct and the whites are structured, rich and well-balanced.
