Bolgheri Rosso Doc Principe 2018 - Podere Roseto

Principe Rosso is a Bordeaux blend wine with a strong connection to the land of Bolgheri. It is a fresh and fruity wine, complex but at the same time easy to appreciate. The name Principe comes from Mrs. Clementina Principe who planted the first vineyards of Podere Roseto on the Bolgherese road.

Roseto Farm

Podere Roseto is a family-run company located in the heart of Bolgheri DOC. The company was born from the fraternal friendship of Paolo, owner of the vineyards, and Giuliano, already an entrepreneur in the wine sector. The vineyards, nestled on the hill of the Bolgheri amphitheater, look out to sea and breathe the precious breeze that caresses the rows. Paolo's father loved roses and dedicated to his wife Tina Principe, as a wedding gift, a rose garden at the beginning of each row; thus Podere Roseto was born, which extends over a surface area of ​​6 hectares. The labels are therefore a tribute to Paolo's parents. Favoring simplicity, the Podere Roseto style is fresh and spontaneous. Strictly manual harvesting and the use of new barriques make Podere Roseto an exclusive company in the Bolgheri panorama.
