A wine that is both traditional and very modern. Barolo is the most important wine of Langa, still produced today as it has been for centuries. Its Nebbiolo grapes are carefully selected on the hills, 300 meters above sea level between La Morra and Serralunga d'Alba. Fermented for 15-20 days, it is aged in wood for 24 months and in the bottle for 12. A traditional wine, in the vineyard as in the cellar, it will give you a full, intense experience, rich in complexity. A complete and satisfying experience, with a persistent finish.

Syncope

The passion of a young and passionate scholar that intersects with a land that has always been generous with top-quality wine. This is the explosive mix that led to the birth of Sincope: an idea, a company, a way of life and of making Italian excellence known throughout the world. The journey begins at school, when Mauro Bettoni decides to enroll in Food Technologies and later in Viticulture and Oenology. Subsequent trips throughout Italy and the world take him to the Langhe. And here Mauro decides to give shape to his dream. Expression of a unique territory "Sincope was born from the idea of union and sharing multiple passions", says Mauro Bettoni. Which explains what brought him to the green and lush hills of the Langhe: "Since I was young, viticulture and music have always fascinated me. The Langa is the territory that has most impressed me with its authenticity and its great wines. Thus was born in me the ambition to give light to a production that was the expression of the territory of origin, respecting its tradition and typicality".
