Ballykeefe Distillery is run by the Ging family, who have been farmers for generations. Morgan Ging, fascinated by the combination of whiskey and agriculture, wanted to integrate the activities of the farm with those of a distillery. On the nose, the tingle of pepper combines with hints of juniper and fresh notes of citrus. On the palate, Ballykeefe Lady Desart Gin is very fresh and dry. The notes of juniper give way to citrus and then conclude with the spicy notes of pepper.
