Great wine that can be enjoyed even after several years of aging. The vineyards are located in the 5 historic municipalities of Valpolicella Classica: S. Ambrogio, S. Pietro in Cariano, Marano, Fumane and Negrar. The grapes are dried for 120 days in the drying rooms. It has a beautiful dark garnet red color. Good taste-olfactory correspondence with typical fruity notes of cherry, black cherry and small berry jam, with memories of sweet spices and dark chocolate. A wine of great structure, warm, soft and velvety. Excellent with roasts, game, braised meats and mature cheeses. In Verona it accompanies the traditional boiled meat trolley.

Villabella Vineyards

Vigneti Villabella is the agricultural company of the Cristoforetti Delibori group, the winery is based in Calmasino in the province of Verona. Founded over 40 years ago by Walter Delibori and Giorgio Cristoforetti, Vigneti Villabella is a winemaking reality that expresses the best potential of the territory, creating unique, authentic wines, operating in an ethical-responsible context, maintaining the balance between man, landscape and nature. Vigneti Villabella produces all the great classic Veronese wines with Controlled Designation of Origin from Bardolino to Amarone passing through Lugana. The range is completed by the Cru di Villa Cordevigo among which the Cordevigo Bianco and Rosso stand out, wines from drying and aging in cherry barrels and the enveloping passito Fiordilej. The beating heart of the farm is the Villa Cordevigo estate in Cavaion Veronese, an organically managed viticultural and landscape oasis, which preserves the soul of the place while respecting the environment surrounding Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais, an 18th century Venetian villa used for hospitality and promotion of the wines produced. To the current 10 hectares of this Cru, another 13 will be added, currently being converted to organic cultivation.
