Fermentation in barriques for 15 days. Refining in steel for 8 months. Refining in bottle for 6 months. Ruby red color with purple reflections. Delicate aroma with notes of red berries. Dry flavor, good structure, slightly tannic. It pairs perfectly with: meat sauces, game, grilled meat, fresh cheeses.
